## Sign-in providers

Google processes your chosen Google sign-in. For email sign-in, Brevo receives your sign-in email address and the one-time sign-in message. The message contains a short-lived verification code; photographs, payment-card details and private videos are not included. These messages are requested service messages, not marketing subscriptions.

## Adults only

This service is intended for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit accounts or personal information from children. Human portrait presets accept adults only. Contact support if a child has provided personal data so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

## Payment providers

When offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments. The provider is identified before you confirm payment. We receive order references, amounts, payment status and refund information, not complete payment-card details. A channel pending approval is not offered as an available checkout option.

## Information we use

We use your sign-in email, optional Google profile name, account ID, uploaded photographs, generation settings, task status, results, support requests, credit ledger and order references to operate this service. We do not receive your complete payment-card details; the selected payment provider handles checkout.

## Photo processing and private delivery

Photographs are stored privately and sent to EvoLink, which provides access to the Seedance 2.0 Mini video model, and the model’s processing infrastructure, only to process your requested scene. Files and results require account ownership checks. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We do not publish customer photographs or results in the example gallery. We do not sell photographs or use them to build our public marketing examples.

## Retention and deletion

Inputs are scheduled for deletion after 7 days, except while a task is unresolved. Results are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. A downloaded copy stays on your device. Your browser temporarily stores an unfinished creation draft for up to 30 minutes to restore it after sign-in or checkout. Account, transaction and support records may remain as needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes or legal requirements. Contact support with the account email or task ID for a deletion or access request.

## Cookies and optional analytics

Essential cookies maintain sign-in, security and language. First-party measurement records a random browser identifier, first referral, device category and service events. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after optional analytics consent. With consent, Google Analytics also receives service events such as sign-in, upload, checkout, generation status, download requests, purchase and refund amounts, linked to a random browser identifier. Email addresses, photographs, prompts, payment-card details and private page contents are excluded. Microsoft Clarity does not record private account, payment or result pages. Pending optional events are skipped after consent is withdrawn. Change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.

## Questions and data requests

Email support@marigoldbridgeai.com for access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern. We may verify that a request belongs to the account before disclosing private records. Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or harmful material.
