Agreement and support
By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund policy. Contact the named service operator through the support address shown below for account, privacy, payment, infringement or safety concerns.
Payment processing
When offered at checkout, card payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and PayPal payments by PayPal. The available payment provider, pack and final amount are shown before you confirm. These are one-time credit packs; there is no automatic renewal or automatic recharge. A checkout return alone is not proof of a completed payment.
AI model and service providers
Videos use the Seedance 2.0 Mini reference-to-video model, accessed through EvoLink. The scene controls select original creative presets within this model. Your input photographs and selected scene instructions are sent for the requested generation. Hosting and private storage use Cloudflare and Backblaze B2. AI output can vary; review the complete examples before purchase. Our input/result deletion schedule applies to the files we control; provider processing and legally required retention are governed separately by the provider and applicable obligations.
What the service provides
This website creates private AI remembrance videos from authorized photographs. Available scenes, input requirements, duration and credit cost are shown before submission. Native delivery is 720p, vertical 9:16 MP4; the adult marigold walk is 12 seconds and other scenes are 10 seconds. Optional sound is original ambience. Viral songs, film recordings and a licensed movie-character filter are not included. AI can change facial details, fur, clothing, motion or background; examples do not guarantee an identical result.
One-time purchases and credits
Prices are in USD. These packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Each native 720p video uses 1 credit. Purchased credits do not expire, are tied to this website and are not transferable between our websites or redeemable for cash. Check the final amount and any tax at checkout. A payment redirect alone does not grant credits; we verify the payment provider confirmation.
Your account and files
Keep your sign-in account secure. Task and order histories are available in your account; results have a reopenable private page. Download your MP4 before its 30-day retention period ends. Do not submit the same creation repeatedly while a task is pending. Technical failures and serious defects are handled under the Refund policy.
Your content and generated output
You keep your rights in the photographs you submit. You authorize the limited processing and storage needed to fulfill the requested generation and operate your account. Any use of a generated video remains subject to the rights of depicted people, rights holders and applicable law. We do not promise exclusivity or that every output qualifies for copyright protection. Identify synthetic imagery when sharing; do not present it as authentic footage.
Violence and graphic content
Do not upload, create or distribute graphic violence, gore, depictions of severe injury or torture, threats of physical harm, or content that encourages or glorifies violence or terrorism.
Hate speech and hateful conduct
Do not create or distribute hate speech, dehumanizing attacks, or content inciting discrimination, hostility or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload, generate or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights. Use only photos, artwork, logos, video and audio that you own or are authorized to use. Do not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders can report an alleged infringement by email with the affected task or URL, identification of the protected work or mark, their relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact them.
Age, permission and remembrance
You must be at least 18. Human portraits must depict adults. Use photographs you own or have sufficient authorization to use. For a deceased person, check the photograph rights and any applicable authorization; being a relative does not by itself guarantee every right. These are imagined tributes, not authentic recordings or promises of contact with a deceased person or pet. All sexual content is prohibited.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
You must not upload, create, synthesize, alter, share or distribute intimate or sexual images or videos of another person without their explicit consent. This includes AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes and attempts to sexualize a person without consent. Permission to use an ordinary photo is not consent to create intimate imagery. This prohibition applies separately from the ban on deception and impersonation; all sexual content is also prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy.
Deception, impersonation and deceptive deepfakes
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent identity or consent, or use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, harass or falsely imply an endorsement. Do not present a synthetic video as authentic footage of something the depicted person did. Obtain permission to use the photo and identify AI-generated content when sharing it. Non-consensual intimate imagery is independently prohibited above.
Child safety: zero tolerance for sexual exploitation
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Uploading, creating, requesting, synthesizing, sharing or distributing sexual content involving a person under 18 is prohibited, including AI-generated, manipulated or fictional depictions. When a violation is identified, we remove the prohibited content from the service and terminate the responsible account’s access. We report to relevant law enforcement or child-protection authorities when required by applicable law or necessary to protect a child, and handle any legally required preservation securely. Report concerns to support@marigoldbridgeai.com or use Help with a task ID or URL; do not attach, download or redistribute suspected abuse material. Reports are reviewed by the operator; these rules do not imply that every upload is manually pre-screened.
Reports and appeals
Email support@marigoldbridgeai.com without signing in. Include the relevant URL or task reference, the concern and a safe contact address. Do not attach harmful material or send passwords or payment-card details. Account holders can also use Help. An on-screen form receipt confirms submission, not a human decision.
Response and resolution times
We acknowledge content reports within 48 hours of receipt. We prioritize credible urgent safety reports for review within 24 hours of receipt. Within 7 calendar days of receipt, we send a decision or a progress update explaining what remains to be checked. We provide another update at least every 7 calendar days until closure. Appeals follow the same periods.
Review and enforcement
Once a violation is confirmed, we disable access to affected content within 24 hours of the decision. We may act sooner on a credible urgent report. We may restrict or terminate the responsible account’s access. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased credits; payment and refund issues are reviewed separately. Reports are reviewed by the operator. We do not claim universal pre-screening or perfect automated detection.
